We all want to give our kids the best memories and experiences while also keeping them safe. Trick or treating can be tricky for those of us who live on busy roads, out in the country, or who just don’t like knocking on strangers’ doors for candy.
Enter Storybook Forest!
This annual event hosted at Arcadia Lake is the perfect non-spooky trick-or-treat option for families with kids of all ages! Kids and adults can dress in costume and trick or treat on a well-lit forest path and take part in festival games and a hayride with no worries. You can even end your night with campfire s’mores by the lake! My kiddo and I look forward to this event every year, and we can’t wait to return in 2024.
