30 Spring Break Activities in the OKC Area

Ahhh, spring break! The kids are off from school, the sun is shining, and the weather is perfect. Whether you’re juggling work or taking time off, spring break is the perfect time to squeeze in some quality time with family and friends. We’ve rounded up the best activities for your family to make the most of your spring break!

Arts & Crafts

1. Paint Your Own Pottery: Visit Unpluggits and paint your own ceramics or wooden crafts. Then get the wiggles out in their indoor playground!

2. DIY Slime: With just a few ingredients, you can make your own slime at home!

3. Sensory Bins: With endless toys scattered around my house, our sensory bins are what keep my toddler entertained the most. Rice? Beans? Water? If you want to keep the kids occupied, it is well worth the mess.

4. Learn and craft at Scissortail Park during one of their Countdown to Spring events the week of spring break.

5. Enjoy a craft day at Factory Obscura Mix-Tape on March 17th.

The Great Outdoors

6. Hit the Parks! With no shortage of amazing parks across the metro, visit a new park or a trusted favorite during spring break. Here is a list of 9 of our favorite parks around town.
