Guide to Food Pantries and Assistance in the OKC Area

Everyone needs a little help now and then, and our wonderful city sure knows how to provide. The agencies listed below offer healthy groceries to those in need. Yes, that means you can receive fresh produce, dairy, and meat along with your basic pantry staples! And most of these organizations provide so many resources beyond groceries, such as clothing, health care, baby supplies, and more.

This list is not everything the Metro has to offer. Because many of the facilities require you to live within a specific zip code for assistance, a great place to start would be the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, where you can input your location to find help closest to you.

It’s truly incredible to see dozens of charities devoted to helping those in our community. Many of these places run solely on donations, so if you’re ever in a season of giving, consider paying it forward and spreading the attitude of generosity throughout Oklahoma City!
