Spring Break 2023 – Oklahoma City’s Adventure District and Ride OKC are partnering together this spring break to help celebrate the expansion of the Katy Trail Bike Path and are inviting Metro families to partake in the fun!

Patrons renting a bike from downtown bike rental shop, Ride OKC, during Spring Break 2023 will receive a free admission ticket to their choice of OKC Adventure District attractions, including Science Museum Oklahoma, Cinemark Tinseltown and XD and the Oklahoma City Zoo

*Ride OKC has children’s bike trailers and co-pilot bikes available for rent as well!

Katy Trail Bike Path Expansion

The newly expanded Katy Trail bike path which now connects downtown OKC with the Adventure District, home to many of Oklahoma’s most popular and family-friendly attractions including the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, Science Museum Oklahoma, Cinemark Tinseltown and XD, and the OKC Zoo.

The 7.3 mile Katy Trail features newly paved pathways running from downtown’s Washington Park (400 N High Avenue) north towards NE Grand Boulevard to NE 50 Street and through Oklahoma City’s Adventure District passing the entrances to the OKC Zoo and Science Museum Oklahoma. Almost the entire path is dedicated trail space with some on-street bike lanes between NE 36 and NE 50.

Who Is Ride OKC?

Ride OKC is a bicycle rental company and leads guided tours at their downtown location. Visitors and natives alike can experience downtown Oklahoma City with unforgettable bike tours and rentals offering insight into the unique history, art, architecture, craft beer and local food with Ride OKC. *Ride OKC has children’s bike trailers and co-pilot bikes available for rent as well!

How to Receive Free OKC Adventure District Attraction Tickets

Individuals renting a bike through Ride OKC between Saturday, March 11 and Sunday, March 19 will each get their choice of one free general admission ticket to either Science Museum Oklahoma, Cinemark Tinseltown and XD or the Oklahoma City Zoo. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
