The sun is gracing us with its presence for longer during the days, the trees are turning green, flowers are blooming, so this means spring festivals are right around the corner! If you and your family love getting outside, good music, good company, good food, and loads of fun, then this list of family friendly festivals in and around the OKC Metro is for you! 

Edmond’s Heard on Hurd

When: Every third Saturday of the month from March through October
Where: 1 East 1st St Edmond, OK 73034
Heard on Hurd is a street festival in downtown Edmond that features more than 60 retail and food vendors and 3 local, live performing artists! Enjoy food trucks, pop up shops, local art & plenty of activities for kids! 

OKC’s Festival of the Arts 

When: April 25-28, 2024  11AM – 9PM 
Where: Bicentennial Park: 500 Couch Drive Oklahoma City Oklahoma 73102
A tradition in OK since 1967, this is one of the most talked about festivals around! Festival of the Arts supports local artists through showcasing visual, performing and culinary arts. Don’t miss the amazing food, performances and celebrations only in OKC for 6 days! **Please keep pets at home**

Spring Festivals - 89er Days

Guthrie’s 89ers Day

When: April 16th – 20th, 2024
Where: Downtown Guthrie, OK
If you’re an Okie, you can NOT miss the 89er day parade and celebration in Guthrie! It’s Oklahoma’s oldest and largest parade celebrating the birth of Oklahoma. There is something for everyone between food trucks, carnival games, rides, a parade, and more! 

Yukon’s Festival of the Child

When: May 4,2024 10am-4pm
Where: Yukon City Park 2200 S Holly Ave Yukon, OK 73099
Head to Yukon for a day of fun! You will enjoy pony rides, kayaking, crafts, inflatables, archery, petting zoo – the list goes on! 

The Paseo Arts Festival

When: May 25-27,2024
Where: 3024 Paseo OKC, OK 73103
Visitors will enjoy almost 100 nationally acclaimed visual artists, who fill the Historic Paseo Arts District with original artwork: everything from painting, ceramics and photography to woodworking, glass, sculpture and jewelry. Live music, food & drinks are sure to please everyone!
