Character Connection: The Best Birthday Bonus!

We’re a year into the pandemic and, as much as we parents have had to upend our entire lives, our children have had to do the same and the majority of them still don’t really understand why. That’s why I decided that I was going to start making this time in our lives more joyful! We started with our little guy’s fifth birthday party!

The Character Connection Co. is an AMAZING company that has several characters ranging from super heroes to princesses to your favorite Boy Who Lived, who are all ready to make your kiddo’s birthday party one to remember!

For my son’s fifth birthday, we scheduled a party at the OKC Zoo to have an outdoor venue and we invited his favorite Marvel superhero, The Incredible Hulk

He was an instant SMASH (see what I did there?) and the kids loved him!

The Hulk came to the party with his friend, Gabriella, who assisted with whatever The Birthday Boy needed!

She set up an obstacle course so the children could train like The Hulk:

There was also a temporary tattoo station for those that wanted some superhero ink:

And even read a story about our big, green guest!

The Character Connection Co. takes your safety very seriously, and is careful to sanitize any games they may bring and they also wear masks. You can tell that they love what they do and have a heart for kids! Characters come to you wherever you’re comfortable – indoors, outdoors, even your own home!

We’re living in strange times, but that doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice fun! Seeing the enormous grin on my little guy’s face helped me forget all about the mandates, debates, and restrictions. The Character Connection Co. can help bring some joy and magic to your child’s party, too!
