Visitors are not only encouraged but welcomed to capture this special moment with Santa by snapping photos with the jolly man!

Family Activities & Programming

Families can expect a wide range of free activities on each of the Saturdays to include:

  • Magic Elves
  • Caricatures
  • Face painting
  • Balloon artists

Each Saturday will also feature unique programming:

  • Dec. 2: wear your favorite holiday sweater or dress as your favorite holiday character Oklahoma Contemporary will host a Dog Holiday Costume Contest on their north lawn at 3:30 p.m., adding a delightful touch to the festivities.
  • Dec. 9: will be filled with the sounds of the season, as the Salvation Army Brass Band, St. Paul Cathedral Carolers, and the Jimmy Dale Richardson Band’s Rockin’ Christmas Show take the stage.
  • Dec. 16: the event takes an exciting turn with the Motors in the Alley car meetup and a dance procession with Spark Creative, ensuring that the celebration continues to evolve and surprise attendees.

To make the experience even more accessible, attendees can arrive in style on the Oklahoma City Streetcar, with free rides offered Fridays through Sundays until Dec. 31 in celebration of the streetcar’s fifth anniversary. This convenient and festive transportation option adds an extra layer of charm to the Lights On Broadway experience.

Attendees are encouraged to explore the event map and stay updated on business offerings online, as promotions and programming may be subject to change and will vary each weekend.
