St. Mark Lutheran Preschool

St. Mary’s Episcopal School provides quality educational programs in an environment fostering respect for faith, family, others and self.  Programs from Preschool to 5th grade include:

Early Childhood Education: Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten (2, 3, and 5-day options / full and half day options)
Elementary School: (Kindergarten through 5th Grade) Small class size and a qualified staff provide the attention and instruction needed to bring out the very best in each student. 
Before and After School Care (BTC): 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Crossings Christian School offers programs for preschool through 12th grade.  The Early Childhood division. The program includes PS 3 for children who turn 3 years before September 1, and PK 4/5 for children who turn 4 years before September 1. We offer a strong academic foundation for young children based on developmental, age appropriate curriculum that includes Bible, language arts, math, science, social studies, music, art, gross and fine motor, and technology.

Santa Fe Day School at Santa Fe Presbyterian Church of Edmond (SaFe Day) is dedicated to providing quality early learning opportunities and enrichment to children in a safe and nurturing environment.  Classes are offered for children from 12 months of age through pre-kindergarten.  Office hours are Tuesday – Thursday 9:30AM – 2:30PM.  You can make an appointment with Nancy Johnson to learn more.

Dayspring Mother’s Day Out works with children ages 1-5 teaching basic concepts, letters, numbers, colors and shapes. Each class attends chapel and sings songs.  School days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 2:30.

The Stepping Stones Mother’s Day Out program at Waterloo Church of the Nazarene is for children 12months-5yrs old and run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-2:30. The number of days per week you can enroll in is flexible.  Gymboree music and Dance comes to their center every other Thursday.  Call for a tour.

Sonshine School has 10 classes ranging from ages six months to half-day Pre-School. The classes each have two teachers. Special consideration is given to teacher/student ratio for every age level and have age-appropriate pre-school activities which may include cooking, literature, music and their own curriculum. Lessons incorporate Bible stories that teach morals and wholesome living.  For more information, call to speak to a director.  The office is open during Sonshine School hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Messages can be left in their office on other days.

Parent’s Day Out (Mother’s Day Out) is  offered to children ages 6 months through kindergarten, using the WEE Learn Curriculum published by LifeWay Christian Resources.  Parent’s Day Out is open from 9:30AM to 2:30PM each Tuesday and Thursday and operates from August until May.  For enrollment or questions, email Amanda Jennings, Parent’s Day Out Coordinator.

This 2 day a week Mother’s Day Out program operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am – 2:30pm from September to May following the Edmond Public Schools holiday calendar.
Children have indoor and outdoor free play time, daily all-school chapel time, a daily Bible lesson and age appropriate preschool lessons that include hands on learning, beginning concepts, literature, and music.  Classes are offered for children 6 months old through pre-kindergarten.  Each class has 2 teachers. First Christian Church offers care Monday through Friday from 6:45am to 6:00pm for children 6 weeks of age through the completion of fifth grade.  They offer transportation to area public and private schools at no additional charge, house an Edmond Public Schools Pre-K classroom, and offer Private full-day kindergarten as well with a certified teacher utilizing the A Beka curriculum.  First Christian Church Child Care Center is accredited by the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs (NAC).

Southern Hills Christian Church CDC serves children age 6 months through pre-kindergarten during the school year.  An 8 week summer session is available to children ages 6 months through the completion of second grade.  Children are placed in age appropriate classes based on their birth date and development.  They are open Mon-Fri from 9:30am-2:30pm and offer an extended day until 3:15 for an additional $5.00 per day.

First Presbyterian Church of Edmond offers classes for Preschool 3’s and Pre-Kindergarten.  Children can attend Preschool 3’s 2-3 days per week.  Children must be potty trained.  Children can attend Pre-Kindergarten classes 3-5 days per week.  All classes are from 9:05-11:45am with optional afternoon enrichment on Monday through Thursday afternoons.  The five day per week class is reserved for older Pre-K children. The Early Childhood Program at Quail Springs UMC serves families with children ages 2 months through four years old. Their mission is to provide children with a fun, safe, and loving environment that develops spiritual, academic, social and physical skills.  They offer six different classes ranging from infants to PreK.  For more information about ECP, please call 405-755-3258 or e-mail ecp@qsumc.org to schedule an appointment to tour their facilities.

The Westwood Church of Christ Day School offers a toddler through pre-K program which follows the Edmond public school calendar and meets from 9:30am – 2:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Spaces are limited and fill quickly so contact us soon if you are interested in this program.
