Zoe’s Kitchen {Sponsored Post}

Fall is upon us. I don’t know about you, but in our house fall means football and holiday celebrations and guests that I must feed. With a large (local) family on my husband’s side, hosting usually means a lengthy trip to the grocery store, followed by several hours of prep and cooking, followed by the dreaded cleanup including not one but TWO runs of the dishwasher. My eyes, however, were opened to a whole new world last week when I agreed to host our quarterly contributor meeting, catered by Zoe’s Kitchen.

It was so easy. And so good.

zoescarAbout an hour before our start time, I pulled into Zoe’s Kitchen.  Three minutes later a very nice gentleman was helping me carry our feast for the evening to my car, and I was back on the road towards home.  It took mere seconds for the aroma to infultrate my senses and switch my stomach from full to an empty rumble.

Once home and unloaded, I started unpacking.  For this event we needed to feed 20 people so our order included the following:

The Guilt-free Girls Night Party Packzoesgirlsnight

  • Assortment of lean turkey pitas, chicken and slaw pitas and Mediterranean tuna pitas
  • Orzo “tabouli” to share
  • Hummus and pimento cheese Fresh Take Tubs with pita bread and cucumbers for dipping
  • Fresh fruit
  • Gallon of limeade

The Game Day Goodies Party Packzoesgamenight

  • Assortment of chicken and steak kabobs and chicken and steak roll-ups
  • Grilled potato salad
  • Marinated slaw
  • Hummus and pimento cheese Fresh Take Tubs with pita bread

We also picked up a gallon of the Hibiscus Tea and a gallon of Limeade (which would be great mixed into margaritas for a girls night).  And because everyone needs a sweet nibble after dinner, (the worlds best) chocolate cake and a cookie sampler.

Zoe’s provided everything needed to set up and serve. Plates, silverware, cups and extra napkins were accompanied by plenty of sturdy serving pieces.  I pulled zero dishes from my cupboards or drawers which meant I had ZERO dishes to wash at the end of the evening. Warm dishes were served in aluminum trays so I could pop them in the oven on low heat to ensure they stayed warm until guests arrived.

The food tasted fresh and fabulous.  So fabulous that we had a hard time deciding what we liked best. In the end, I believe the roll-ups won in the end with the pimento cheese as a close second, but everything was truly delicious.

We enjoyed Zoe’s Kitchen so much we want to share the love! Enter below to win one of FIVE $15 gift cards to be used on your next trip to Zoe’s Kitchen.
