The Motherhood Workout Plan

With old man winter behind us, visions of days in shorts and tank tops are on the horizon. Frankly, I’m not quite ready for that, but it’s inevitable so I decided that it was time to start exercising again. Β Which means I need a workout plan.

It’s been at least 4 weeks since I’ve started thinking about working out. The problem is that my days are already jam packed withΒ running errands, chores around the house, and other commitments. With three kids always wanting or needing something, I had to figure out another solution. Reality is that I need something easy to squeeze into the nooks and crannies of my already busy day. And there is no way that I’m waking up any earlier than I have to. The bonus with my “Motherhood Workout Plan” is that the active wear that I don on a pretty consistent basis will finally get used for it’s true purpose…. being physically active!

If I follow this exercise plan for the next 2 months, I should be in the best shape of my life!

I love that the Motherhood Workout Plan is completely customizable. Do you have an only child? Change it to fit your needs. Are your kids past the toddler years, and now in their teens? Change it up. The choice is yours ladies, but why not useΒ the every day opportunities that our kids give us to burn a few extra calories.
