Tips & Tricks:

  • Wear comfortable shoes and clothing as a lot of moving will be required and conditions may be muddy or dirty.
  • Bring water to keep yourself and your kids hydrated! You can also check with the farm or orchard as they may have tables where you can bring your own picnic lunches as well!
  • Always call ahead or check the farm’s Facebook page to receive the most up to date information! It would be a shame to drive to a location to not be able to pick the produce.
  • Share with your friends and family on social media about your wonderful experience. These farms are all family owned and operated and they thrive on word of mouth! This is their livelihood!
  • Bring cash unless you check with the farm or orchard prior to make sure they take cards!
